These guidelines include information such as the work hours in Pelican Bay, parking requirements, tree protection, fencing, dumpster and port-o-let requirements, signage, clean building site requirements and enforcement of construction projects. Owners will be held responsible for compliance with these guidelines and any infractions by an owner or his contractors may result in fines being levied or possible halt to all work on a project. A copy of the Construction Guidelines is available on the Pelican Bay website (www.pelicanbay.org) under the Members Tab.
