Information at Your Fingertips Pelican Bay prides itself on valuing tradition while adopting innovative trends and resources. This is especially important for our communications channels to ensure information is distributed accurately and quickly. Pelican Bay partnered with Northstar Technologies Inc. to convert essential systems into an integrated database platform with an updated website and app to improve the member experience in addition to our digital platforms. We also generate weekly e-newsletters, publish a monthly printed newspaper ( Pelican Bay Post) and display information on digital boards throughout the community. Wireless hotspots are also optimized for signal strength and user volume. Foundation Website The Foundation website, pelicanbay.org, serves as an information hub for members and nonmembers alike. While nonmembers are granted limited access, members can sign in for complete access to enhanced features of resources they have come to rely on: • Event registration • Forms and documents • Board and committee information • Community calendar • Beach cams and information • Online restaurant reservations • Online fitness, tennis and pickleball registrations Signing in the First Time Our website, through the Northstar platform, has new instructions for members to access their pro-files when signing in to www.pelicanbay.org for the first time, using the following steps: 1. Click the “Member Login” button in the upper-right corner of the homepage. 2. Enter your eight- or nine-digit Pelican Bay member number in the “Member Number” section. 3. Enter your last name in lowercase letters in the “Password” section. 4. Click the “Sign In” button. 5.You will be prompted to change your password to something that you will use for future logins. 6.You will be directed to set a password reminder question. After completing these steps, you will reach your member profile on pelicanbay.org. You will also be able to download and log into our new app. If you experience issues with the first-time login process, you may need your password reset. To reset your password, call Member Services at 239-597-8081 and select option two or email memberservices@pelicanbay.org. Pelican Bay Foundation Members App In addition to our technology conversion with Northstar, we rolled out an app. The Pelican Bay Foundation Members app is available for download in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
