There is a maximum limit of two cards per residence. Q. If my property is owned by a legal entity, can my children receive owner passes? A. No they would not get owners passes. If your children are truly dependents, as defined by the IRS (ages 23 and under), and they have a driver’s license with your physical address on it, they can get a dependent card valid for one year. Q. What if I have an adult child that I wish to receive a member card? A. Unless they are truly dependent, as typically defined by the IRS (ages 23 and under), they would not qualify for a dependent card, but you could order them a guest pass as long as they are not Collier or Lee County residents. Q. Can my dependent or designee use a passport or mail addressed to my home, utility bills, tuition invoices, general correspondence or even bank statements, as proof of living in my home? A.
