To be considered for approval, an application (which is available at pelicanbay.org) must be completed and submitted, along with all the requirements listed on the application, to the Covenants Department a minimum of 10 business days prior to proposed flight dates. 911 Emergencies In the event of an emergency (medical or other), call 911 immediately. 911 emergency phones are available throughout Pelican Bay. When you press the call button, you will be connected directly to a 911 operator. We encourage you to use these call boxes rather than your cellphone, when possible, as cell towers do not always give exact locations of an emergency. Our staff has been trained to call 911 in the event of any emergency to ensure your safety. The locations for these phones are: 1. Tram Station 2 – 6089 Pelican Bay Boulevard 2.
