he Community Center has once
again retained Frisco’s Cater-
ing to provide food and bever-
age for Foundation events this year. A
2016 finalist for Best Caterer in Gulf-
shore Life Magazine, Frisco’s Cater-
ing is a local company dedicated to
serving the community with excellent
customer service and top-notch cuisine
with more than 30 years of experience.
Owned by brothers Bruce and Eric
Waligora, Frisco’s caters events from
casual beach weddings to high-end
galas with personalized menus and
service to fit any occasion. “We use
locally grown, organic produce as
well as avoid fried foods by offering
creative alternatives to stay in step
with today’s changing customer
demands,” says Co-owner and Chef
Eric Waligora. “Whether it’s an
intimate affair of only a few people
or a large event with hundreds of
guests, my brother Bruce and I are
completely committed to make it
an event to remember.”
Giving back to the local community
is something the brothers are very
passionate about. Among the charities
they have worked with are the Naples
Winter Wine Festival, Love That
Dress, Project Help and Relay for Life.
They look forward to collaborating
with local charities every year.

The Community Center will not
require members to use Frisco’s for
events held during normal hours
of operation.
Official Member
organizations,
homeowner
associations,
commercial and
private Member events may certainly
use Frisco’s, but now have the option
of using any caterer they choose and/
or purchasing their own food and
snack trays for smaller events. Such
events are by site usage agreement,
which includes sponsor and caterer
usage rules and responsibilities.
Afterhours and weekends, only
Frisco’s may provide event food and
beverage. For questions about these
