The Thor Guard Lightning Tracker is a highly regarded
system for lightning prediction across North America.
Thor Guard uses electromagnetic frequencies (EMF)
technologies to measure energy intensity and actually
predict lightning, before it strikes.

CAUTION
Use caution. There is potential for
lightning in the area.
Tram drivers and staff will alert members
a caution has been issued.
Staff will raise a yellow caution pennant
at the beach
to
signal caution mode.
It is unsafe to be in the open. There is likely lightning
in the area. Signaled by one long horn blast.
The threat of lightning has been cleared.
Signaled by three short horn blasts.
Normal operations will resume.

Walk), Station 5 (Marker 36 Parking Lot) and with a final
destination to Station 4 (Commons)
