card or pass at all times while on
Foundation property. Members/
guests who are unable or unwilling
to present their cards may be consid-
ered trespassers on private property
and may be subject to an encounter
with the Collier County Sheriff ’s
Department.
• Everyone 13 years and older needs
to have a Member or Guest card to
use any of the amenities, including
the berms and boardwalks.
• Each Member may bring up to six
guests with them at a time. However,
the Member must remain with their
guests at all times, otherwise we
recommend obtaining a guest card
for each guest.
• Guests cannot bring guests. Each
guest must have their own card.
• All Members and Guests should
expect to be scanned at the following
locations along the berms and board-
walks: Station 2, Station 4, Station
5, Station 6, Station 8, entrance to
the boardwalks, and when accessing
a tram.
Berms, Boardwalks and Decks:
• Use of berms, boardwalks and
decks shall be exclusively for Mem-
bers, tenants, accompanied guests,
guests with guest passes and other
holders of Foundation-issued
ID cards.
• All traffic shall keep to the right.
• Persons using berms, boardwalks
and decks will do so at all times in
a manner that does not endanger
the safety of others.
• The speed and manner of operation
of bicycles and roller bladers shall
be adjusted to traffic conditions,
congestion, ingress and egress points,
and weather conditions.
• Bicycles should be equipped with
a warning device that is to be used
when passing. A bell is recommended.
• The berms, boardwalks and decks
may not be blocked at any time.
• Berms may be used by pedestrians,
bicycles, baby strollers, rollerbladers,
wheelchairs and trams.
• There are no skateboards, scooters
(Razors) or hoverboards allowed
on the berms.
• There are no pets, bikes, roller-
blades, roller skates, boat trailers
or skateboards allowed on the
boardwalk.
• There are no motorized vehicles
(battery, gas, solar, etc.) allowed
on the berms, unless needed for
special needs.
• All motorized vehicles, other than
electric wheelchairs, are prohibited
from the berms, boardwalks, decks
and easements of the Foundation.
• Small size carriers for long boards
are permitted on boardwalk provided
they are not so large as to impede
tram traffic. These carriers and/or
long boards are not permitted on
the trams.
Beach
- The following rules apply
to the beach:
• There are no lifeguards on duty.
• Glass is prohibited on the beach.
• Radios may not be played on the
beach without earphones.
• Cooking and bonfires on the
beach is prohibited.
• Fishing is permitted, but not in
populated areas.
• No live shelling.
Drones -
The Foundation prohibits
the use of such devices except for
individuals performing a job-specific
task that has been approved in
advance, in writing, by the Founda-
tion. This exception approval may
be granted, or withheld, at the Presi-
dent’s discretion, but would include
activities related to certain law
enforcement agency activity, envi-
ronmental monitoring, inspection, or
mapping, certain engineering or sur-
veying evaluation or documentation,
