must sign the guest pass request form;
however, anyone may pick up and pay
for guest passes that have been pre-
signed by the Member. Members may

the Commons (597-8081) to have a form
faxed to them.
• By logging into PelicanBay.org
as a Member and completing a guest
pass request form online (found under
“Members”). Once submitted, you
will receive a confirmation email.
• By faxing the guest pass form,
signed by the Member, to 597-6802.
HOWMUCH DOES A
GUEST PASS COST?
Guest passes are $4 per day with a two-
day minimum, plus tax. Guest passes
are non-refundable and can be paid at
time of pick-up. To pay in advance,
call The Commons with a credit card
information after ordering the pass.
WHAT IF THE OFFICE IS
CLOSED WHEN WE NEED
TO GET THE GUEST PASSES?
Only passes ordered during normal
business hours will be available for
pick-up when the office is closed. After
hours, pre-ordered guest passes may
be retrieved by going to Tram Station
4 at The Commons and requesting the
passes, where Security will retrieve
them. Payment can be made with a
credit card authorization, by check,
or exact change. No changes can be
made to the passes.
CAN MY GUEST TAKE OTHER
GUESTS WITH THEM TO
DINNER OR THE BEACH?
No, only Members can take guests.
Each guest would need their own
two-day minimum pass, authorized
by the Member.
DO CHILDREN NEED GUEST PASSES?
Children 12 and under do not need
passes, but must be accompanied by
someone with a pass. Teenagers 13 and
over must have their own passes if not
accompanied by a Member.
OTHER GUEST CARD SCENARIOS:
Q.
My son and his family are renting a
house for a few weeks in Bonita Springs
and I would like to get him and his
family Guest Cards for North Beach.
A.
Your son is not staying or visiting
you here in Pelican Bay so he and his
family would not be eligible for Guest
Cards. You can always accompany
them to the beach, in which case a
Guest Card would not be required.
Q.
We have some very good friends who
are staying in the Naples area and we will
not be in Naples at that time. We would
like to obtain Guest Cards for them.
A.
These guests are not staying with
you and are not visiting you. Therefore
they would not be eligible to receive
Guest Cards.
Q.
I have a condo in Pelican Bay that
I rent out. When I rent my place out,
I move to another house in Naples. I
love the Pelican Bay beaches and would
like to obtain a Guest Card for the
beaches from someone who owns
a unit in Pelican Bay.
A.
Once you have leased your unit
to a tenant, you have transferred the
rights and privileges you have in
Pelican Bay to that tenant. You are
not eligible to receive Guest Cards
during the term of your lease. Another
owner in Pelican Bay would be breaking
the rules by obtaining a Guest Card
for you. You can always be accompa-
nied to the beach by a Pelican Bay
owner, but you should not be making
any requests for Guest Cards during
the term of your lease.
