The call boxes are as simple as 1-2-3 to use.
Number 1: Push button to call.
The big red button alerts the south berm tram fleet that
there is a call to attend to and at what location.
Number 2: Wait for driver response.
If a driver does not respond in 30 seconds, press again.
Number 3: Push and hold to talk/release to listen.
Push the button again and hold to notify the driver of
how many people are in your party, or to communicate
any other needs and release to listen for confirmation.
There is a green light that is lit when a call has been
sent. A red light is lit when a call has been received. These
three-step instructions are listed on every call box for your
convenience. We look forward to responding to your call.
